When will my order be made?
To ensure freshness and the best flavour, your order will be made on the morning of delivery/collection.
*Please note, there is a 2-day lead time on personalised orders*

Delivery
We offer delivery Wednesday - Sunday between 11am - 4pm
Orders placed before 5pm cut-off
Will be baked and ready for delivery the next day (Wednesday - Sunday)
(For example, if an order is placed before 5pm on a Thursday, your order will be ready to be delivered on Friday between 11am - 4pm)
Orders placed after 5pm cut-off
Will be baked and ready for delivery the day after next (next day delivery will not be available)
(For example, if an order is placed at 10pm Thursday, the order will be ready to be delivered on Saturday between 11am - 4pm)
Sunday Delivery
For Sunday delivery, orders must be placed before 5pm cut-off on Saturday. If an order is placed on a Saturday after the 5pm cut off, orders will be delivered the following Friday.

Collection
We offer collections Wednesday - Sunday between 11am - 4pm
Orders placed before 5pm cut-off
Will be baked and ready for collection the next day (Wednesday - Sunday)
(For example, if an order is placed before 5pm on a Tuesday, your order will be ready to be collected Wednesday between 11am - 4pm)
Orders placed after 5pm cut-off
Will be baked and ready for collection the day after next (next day collection will not be available)

Our cakes and bakes are best consumed within 2 days so that they are totally fresh!

We recommend keeping your cakes and bakes cool and in an air tight container, if not consumed immediately.

We do not offer refunds (unless in exceptional circumstances) due to the perishable nature of our products.
Please take care with placing your order, as we do not offer cancellations.

If you are sending a gift, please make sure to enter the correct details during check-out.
The first field is "Email for order confirmation". We recommend that you enter your own email address here, and not the email address of your gift recipient. The order confirmation and subsequent emails will go to this email address.
The "Shipping Address" is the delivery address, so you will need to enter the address of your gift recipient. Please ensure there is a house number/name.
When you reach the "Payment" step of check-out, underneath the payment options there is "Billing Address" - you will need to un-check the box that says "Same as Shipping Address". Then you will need to enter the correct billing address.
