Special Offers

We run special offers from time to time and these are to be used independently, not in combination. Offers will not include delivery unless stated otherwise. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise. As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers and promotional codes, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.

Discount Codes

Discount will be provided once stated code is entered at the online checkout. Offers will not include delivery unless stated otherwise. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise. Offers exclude charitable collections, bespoke orders and corporate orders unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw our discounts at any time.

Payment

We take payment when you place your order, rather than at the time of dispatch. We’re not able to accept an order until we’ve checked and approved it, and if there is a problem we’ll be in touch within three working days.

​Dispatch & Collection

Your order will be ready for dispatch/collection by Next Day, providing the order was placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be ready for dispatch/collection the day after next (next day will not be available).​

If for any reason we are delayed, we’ll get in touch with you by email to offer you a later delivery date, or, if you’d prefer: a refund.

Delivery

Our delivery days are Wednesday-Sunday between 11am-4pm each week. ​

​

We deliver within a maximum radius of 10 miles of the tearoom. This covers postcodes: CH41, CH42, CH45, CH46, CH62, CH63, CH64, CH65.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted for goods sent in error. If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. As our goods are perishable goods we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances.

We’re not able to accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.
